After developing in the womb for 9 months, babies naturally make reflex movements in the water. While they enjoy playful exercises in a parent’s arms with guidance from our coach, they can:
- activate their muscles;
- strengthen their immune system;
- develop antibodies;
- become less likely to get ill;
- learn body control by trying different positions and postures; and
- use their energy, which can help them sleep more calmly.
You also get special, playful time together, helping your bond grow stronger as your baby discovers the water in a simple and fun way. We don’t just teach your baby; with your loving support, you help them learn. Being part of the group also helps babies begin building social skills.
Our changing rooms have water that runs automatically at 36°C, plus changing tables, playpens, and hairdryers.
